Beef
We dry age our beef in specialist dry ageing chambers that control temperature, humidity and uv light in the ideal environment for beef to age well. Aged on the bone, the Himalayan salt chamber sterilizes the air and adds an extra flavour to the finished product. This process can’t be rushed. None of our beef is aged less than 21 days.
