We won’t be selling turkeys online this year either as part of a hamper or separately.
We would like to thank people for buying their turkeys off us in the past. Delivery is the only variable in the scenario and is too big a risk to take with your Christmas dinner.
Our online shop will remain open until December 17th, where you can but our full range meats and hams which will be delivered on or by 19th December
For those of you who are able to collect turkeys in store we are selling free range turkeys and geese which can be ordered in person by phone 029 50178 or email info@jackmccarthy.ie (assure you get acknowledgement).

Guanciale is tasty cured and spiced pig’s jowel – a very flavoursome ingredient, used like you might use a pancetta. They also received a silver for their special black pudding, using the recipe that was used to serve the Queen at the state banquet.
They entered five products in the Associated Craft Butchers awards, winning awards for all of them – traditional sausage, bramley apple sausage, black pudding, white pudding and speciality sausage – gluten free chicken sausage.
