Cooking for Dummies: Lamb Meatloaf Pie. Troy Maguire, from Dublin’s new Locks Restaurant, teaches Aidan a thing or two about a lamb meatloaf pie – using North Cork Pancetta. Troy Maguire came to know Jack and Tim through his membership of Good Food Ireland and he also strives to use local artisan produce.
